Five supplements. One decision.
Most adults are deficient in at least one of these five nutrients — and most don't know it. Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega-3, B12, and Zinc are the foundation that everything else depends on: energy production, immune defence, nervous system function, sleep quality, cardiovascular health. Deficiencies in any of them are common, quiet, and cumulative.
We chose these five specifically because the research is unambiguous, the deficiency rates are high, and no other supplements work as well when these are missing. Start here. Build from here.
What's inside
Vitamin D3 / 2,500 IU
Most D3 products give you 1,000 IU — a maintenance dose for people who already have adequate levels. Ours is calibrated for the deficiency most Canadians actually have, especially through the darker half of the year. Supports immune resilience, bone strength, and mood.
Magnesium Bisglycinate / 300mg
Involved in over 300 enzymatic processes — muscle function, sleep quality, stress response, heart rhythm. The bisglycinate form absorbs without the digestive upset of cheaper forms and is the one clinical research consistently uses for sleep and nervous system support. Take it in the evening.
Omega-3 / 6,000mg (1,000mg EPA + 500mg DHA per serving)
Most omega-3 labels lead with "fish oil 1,000mg" — which is total oil weight, not active omega-3 content. A standard softgel at 30% concentration gives you 300mg of what actually matters. Ours delivers 1,500mg of active EPA + DHA per serving, sourced from wild-caught fish, molecularly distilled for purity.
Vitamin B12 / 1,000mcg methylcobalamin
Roughly 1 in 6 adults is B12 deficient — and most don't realize it. We use methylcobalamin, the active form your body uses directly, without conversion. Most B12 products use cyanocobalamin, a cheaper synthetic form that requires conversion and disposes of a cyanide molecule in the process.
Zinc / 30mg
Essential for immune function, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and skin health. Frequently deficient in older adults and anyone eating plant-forward. Paired with Spirulina for complementary chelating support.
What to expect
Most people notice improved sleep quality and steadier energy within the first 2–3 weeks. Immune and mood changes build over 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use. These aren't acute supplements — they work by filling gaps that have likely existed for a while.
